The monograph outlines topical issues of formation and development civil-military cooperation (CIMIC) in international legal and national doctrine of foreign countries, with an emphasis on practical components of calculating understanding of the concept of interaction between civil and military components in the system of observance of human rights and the settlement of armed conflicts, with special attention to topical issues on the way to optimize activities civil-military cooperation, as a necessary element of the armed forces in XXI century.
