The Scientific and Practical Bulletin «Pravnyk» was founded by the NGO «Ukrainian Centre for Human Rights and Educational Innovations» in 2019. 

The Scientific and Practical Bulletin «Pravnyk» — is a professional research and practice journal dedicated to topical issues of national, comparative, and international law. The journal publishes the results of scientific research in the fields of:

• constitutional, civil, family, labor, criminal, administrative, financial, tax, and procedural law;

• theory of state and law, comparative jurisprudence;

• public international and private international law;

• international relations, protection of human rights and freedoms, legal policy, and legal system reform.

Special attention in the publication's papers is paid to the analysis of legal reforms in Ukraine, the implementation of the rule of law principle, human rights protection, and the alignment of national legislation with international legal standards.

The journal is targeted at:

• attorneys;

• higher legal education students;
